The PIFCafe provides quality meals with excellent service and even have exceeded Federal/State/Local food safety standards like every restaurant, give ingredients (and recipes when available) to recreate the meal at home like a food pantry, free of cost to the diners all free like a soup kitchen, inspired by God like a religious organization, helping the people like a foreign government (Ministry of Defense or Prime Minister [Foreign President]) Receive a meal free if they don't have money and donate for others to receive a meal free to them because people like you pay it forward.
